LNG CEDAR VALLEY LODGE, KITIMAT BC

Cedar Valley Lodge stands as the largest worker’s accommodation centre ever built in Canada in one interconnected lodge.
The full build out, size and scale of the Lodge has floor space of over 1.2 million square feet—comparable in size to about 21 football fields. Amongst the square footage there are core buildings at over 260,000 square feet that provide a kitchen and dining area of almost 80,000 square feet, entertainment areas of close to 35,000 square feet, and a sports and recreational facility of over 56,000 square feet.
EDMONTON SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, AB
NORTHGATE INDUSTRIES

Northgate supplied the city of Edmonton with supportive housing in 5 different areas in the city; Westmount, King Edward Park, Inglewood, Terrace Heights, and McArthur.
Supportive housing combines affordable housing with on-site services that help people to live with stability, autonomy, and dignity. Residents hold their own leases or rental agreements in these specialized buildings, and pay rent while receiving the 24/7 health, wellness, and life skills support they need to succeed. Tenants are provided with a stable home environment, opportunities to integrate into the community, case management services, and connections the residents need to service providers, mental health supports, and other resources.
SECWéPMC Child & family services agency, bc
NRB MODULAR SOLUTIONS

The Secwépemc Child and Family Services Agency (SCFSA) chose to partner with NRB Modular Solutions as their modular design builder to achieve their dream of bringing four separate offices together under one roof and continue to help the seven First Nations communities they serve. SCFSA were committed to growing their infrastructure and program offerings, so they worked closed with Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) to partner on this capital project that would provide the necessary space to deliver their community services.
Tyee Seniors Housing, bc
NRB MODULAR SOLUTIONS
SUPPLIED: Painted prefinished residential exterior doors, painted prefinished wood doors, frames and finish hardware.
The Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc Indian Band (TteS) in Kamloops, British Columbia received 10 suites of affordable housing, built on its lands at Tyee Park. This project was funded as part of the Canada Rapid Housing Initiative (RHI) to create new, affordable housing for elders in the local community. The manufacturing was completed at NRB’s largest manufacturing plant in Kamloops which is also located on Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc land base; with both the land and building under long‐term lease. Our successful collaboration with TteS to develop the design resulted in culturally sensitive housing units providing TteS with certainty of cost, schedule, and quality.
Trinity Western university, bc

The three-storey complex was designed closely with the school's administration, including those who manage student life. To address the expanded enrollment at the University, Trinity Western University (TWU) contracted the construction of a 33,000 sq. ft, 47-modular unit housing complex that had to be completed in 9 months. TWU’s goal was to offer students with the essential comforts of home.
Homes for hero’s, ab
ATCO structure and logistics
SUPPLIED: Painted prefinished residential exterior doors, painted prefinished wood doors, frames and finish hardware.
The village houses 20 tiny homes for veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces. The tiny homes are approximately 290 square feet and come fully equipped with all the features of a larger home including a full kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a mechanical room. An office and a central amenity building can also be found on-site for residents to gather and socialize with each other.
Each tiny home within the community is named after and in honor of one of our Canadian military heroes who died in combat. A plaque will be installed outside each home and members of the public will be encouraged to visit the community to learn more about these heroes.
